Capital High School -Main Entrance Security Renovation

The project scope was to provide safety and security improvements at the main entrance to the school including access controls, a secure vestibule, and infrastructure for owner-provided CCTV cameras. Included remodel and reconfiguration of interior spaces to better fit the administration's use of the entrance and adjacent spaces.

Safety and Security Improvements No. 2

Yelm Community Schools

Construction of Safety & Security Improvements at McKenna Elementary School and Lackamas Elementary School. Security Improvements included access controls, secure perimeters, and CCTV systems. Included a new playfield and playground at McKenna Elementary, and new structural steel covered walkways as Lackamas Elementary.

Legislative Building Exterior Repairs

State of Washington, Department of Enterprise Services

The project consisted of roofing and building envelope improvements to several areas of the building to address historic leaks and water intrusion that was damaging interior finishes and building infrastructure. Scope included fluid applied roofing at the 4th floor east and west portions of the building as well as flashing improvements and masonry joint sealant replacement. On the 7th floor, a vented roof structure was framed and roofed in with a reinforced fluid applied roof system and stainless steel perimeter flashings. The work was done in a way to not damage the historically significant stone building with attention to the ability to the reversibility of the work.

Lincoln Elementary School Renovtion

Hoquiam School District

The project scope included a full modernization and remodel of the existing Lincoln Elementary School building. Complete replacement and update of existing electrical and mechanical systems as well as new life safety systems including fire sprinkler and fire alarm. The majority of the room layout remained the same, but finishes were updated throughout the building and the project also included a new insulated roof system. The classroom ceilings were opened up to allow a higher ceiling and more visual space in the teaching areas.

Hoquiam High School Re-Roof

Hoquiam School District

Re-Roofing of the Hoquiam High School. The high school was built in 1968 and features a two-story Mansard Roof. The existing roof shakes are the original cedar shakes sourced from a local mill. The mansard roofs of all buildings will be re-shingled with a new composite that closely resembles the original.
